Made Strong: Above the Net is an 8-week strength and conditioning program built specifically for volleyball athletes. Whether you’re a recreational player or competitive athlete, this plan is designed to increase your vertical, enhance total-body power, and keep your shoulders, knees, and core strong and injury-resistant.

You’ll train 4 days a week with a focus on explosive lower body power, upper body strength and shoulder health, core stability, and fast footwork.
Every week builds on the last — so by week 8, you’re jumping higher, hitting harder, and moving with more confidence on the court.
