Made Strong: Dad Strength – 3 Day is built for the busy dad who wants to feel strong, capable, and energized — in and out of the gym. This 12-week, 3-day per week program blends foundational strength training with functional movements so you’re not just building muscle — you’re building the strength to wrestle the kids, carry all the groceries, and lead by example.
