With just 3 full-body workouts per week, this plan builds total-body strength, confidence, and consistency using simple movements and approachable equipment like dumbbells, machines, and bodyweight exercises.

Each workout is structured to teach you the basics, avoid overwhelm, and help you feel like you belong in the gym. You’ll also get form tips, rest guidance, and beginner-friendly pacing — because building strength is as much about mindset as it is about muscle.
