Made Strong: Pickleball Edition – 3 Day is a 6-week strength and wellness program designed specifically for women ages 45–65 who want to move better, feel stronger, and stay healthy on and off the court. With just three sessions per week, this program targets joint stability, core strength, balance, and mobility — all the key areas to keep you quick on your feet and pain-free while playing the game you love.
Whether you're new to strength training or getting back into a routine, Pickleball Strength meets you where you’re at and helps you stay in the game for the long haul.
