Made Strong: Sandlot Strength is an 8-week, 4-day off-season training program built specifically for baseball players. This program is designed to help athletes build total-body strength, improve rotational power, develop sprint speed, and increase durability — all while staying healthy and explosive through the long season ahead.

Each week combines explosive lifts, sprint mechanics, shoulder and hip mobility, and functional accessory work to support every movement you’ll need on the field. Whether you're looking to hit harder, run faster, or throw with more power, Sandlot Strength gives you the tools to do it.
