Made Strong: Softball Strength is an 8-week, 4-day training program built specifically for softball players who want to dominate the off-season. Designed to build full-body strength, rotational power, sprint speed, and long-term durability, this program prepares athletes to step onto the field stronger and more explosive than ever.
Each week targets the muscles and movements softball players rely on most — from bulletproof shoulders to quick first steps and powerful swings. With two 4-week phases, athletes will move from foundational strength to peak performance using proven strength and conditioning methods trusted by college-level programs.
